This reproduction of one of the most famous rifles used during the 1890's by cowboys and settlers of the American West is popular with Cowboy Action Shooters, hunters and collectors. While retaining the beauty and appearance of the original rifle, Davide Pedersoli & Co has made subtle design changes/improvements to the internal mechanical parts to make the rifle safer and more reliable for today's shooters.
Both rifle and carbine are offered with three different finishes: STANDARD: Blue Action, walnut stock; DELUXE: Casehardened action, semi-fancy walnut checkered stock; SUPER DELUXE: Coin finish action and triggerguard, hand engraved, fancy walnut stock, fine checkering. All models feature a checkered forend.
