• Credit card payment: EMF accepts on-line payment by Visa or Mastercard. Your credit card will only be charged after we have verified and processed your order manually. A daytime phone number is mandatory. Please phone us if you have any questions or concerns about your order.

• Shipping, handling & insurance:
  Shipping prices stated below will apply.

Cartridge handguns:
Next-day delivery: $20 for one handgun, $12 for each additional handgun.
Cartridge handguns must be shipped next-day delivery (required by Federal law).
 
Long guns:
Standard ground: $18 for one long gun, $10 for each additional long gun.
Second-day air: $20 for one long gun, $12 for each additional long gun.
Next-day air: $25 for one long gun, $15 for each additional long gun.
 
Black powder handguns:
Standard ground: $10 for one handgun, $4 for each additional handgun.
Second-day air: $15 for one handgun, $8 for each additional handgun.
Next-day air: $18 for one handgun, $10 for each additional handgun.

Most items are shipped from stock on the day after receipt of order. Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii will be quoted separately. Sorry, we cannot ship guns outside of the U.S. This includes Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico.

• California sales tax: 7.75% sales tax is automatically added for orders shipped within California unless a dealer resale number is provided.

• Returns: Items shipped by EMF are replicas in new condition. If your merchandise is damaged in transit, contact the shipper immediately. If an item is defective, contact us for a return authorization number, then ship it back to us. All merchandise is guaranteed if returned in the exact same condition as received within 10 days. You will be responsible for shipping costs for returns. Upon receiving an item back in good condition, we will refund its cost or replace it at your option.
