These quality shotguns are made in China by a new shotgun manufacturer for the discriminating Cowboy Shooter and Collector. This 12-gauge double barrel shotgun with its outside cocking hammers evokes images of the Old West. The barrel length is 20", like that of the shotguns carried by stagecoach guards in the Old West.

EMF has been committed over the years to finding and distributing the right coach shotguns for Cowboy Action Shooting. A number of disappointments have been encountered along the way, but this shotgun makes the wait worthwhile. Here is a reliable shotgun based on the classic Colt shotgun of 1878, which is manufactured to meet the specific demands of Cowboy Action Shooting. Great features include:

Longer forcing cone and added heft to reduce recoil.
Lightened hammer springs and drawn-in hammers to facilitate cocking with one thumb.

The Model 1897 Cowboy Pump Action Shotgun with a Blued 20" Barrel

EMF is pleased to announce the limited availability of Model 1897 pump shotguns at an introductory price of $474.90. These are not Norinco and they are a vastly upgraded version of the pre-production version 1897 shotguns EMF had for sale 3 years ago. It has taken awhile, but the wait has been worth it to achieve this Quality. They come in 12 GA with a modified choke, all blued, with nice walnut forend and buttstock with rubber pad.
Qualified for Cowboy Action Shooting.
