1860 SNUB NOSE
EMF's 1860 Snub Nose black powder firearm is much like it's full-sized brother, the 1860 Army. This pared down version does not have the rack-and-pinion loading lever. It uses a brass ramrod instead. It is a very clean and slim firearm. Back in the day it was known as a "Belly Gun" and generally kept in the waist band as a concealed carry weapon. This is a great addition to your black powder collection. Manufactured by F.LLI Pietta, Italy.
Photos having a white background show the Pietta 1860 Snub Nose with a "fluted" cylinder. Recent shipments from Pietta have arrived with a "banded" cylinder and is shown in photographs with a light blue background.
