Review: It's a 4.5 out of 5 at this time, because I have only tried them out once at a club shoot. Rating can change with time. Biggest advantage is I now have very similar hammer pull with both guns. Previously I lighten the springs myself, but the pull varies. So far so good.

Review: The lightened hammer spring is a great improvement. Much smoother action. I am running a lightened trigger spring as well. EMF is a great company low prices and reliable.

Review: I used a great western 2, mainspring/hammer spring in a 1858 pietta remington cap n ball. It fits nicely. Was able to incert the spring faster than the intended spring and the hammer pull is so much lighter.
