Review: I love Great Western II revolvers. I've owned 5, all 4.74 barrels. This is my first 7.5 barrel. Service was great. Ordered on the week end through the web site. Got a confirmation call Monday for FFL. Received at FFL Friday. I hate the Pietta cylinder pin but it's a quibble. Overall quality was great. (I've had some quality issues with Pietta's in the past, but never from a gun bought through EMF.) I've ordered parts via EMF as well, always excellent service.

Review: To say this gun is beautiful would be an understatement. If you are a fan of the show then you will be extremely happy with the high gloss bluing and black grips just like the one carried by Richard Boone as Paladin. If you are just looking for a beautiful replica Colt SAA this is also a great choice for you. Pietta has done a great job making a very solid, beautiful 1873 SAA. I have not had the opportunity to take it the range yet, but I am looking forward to posting an update after I do. Also, I have to say that purchasing from EMF was a great experience. Debbie and Charlie were super to work with, great communication through email and over the phone, and were very helpful in getting the revolver sent to an FFL for transfer that was only 4 miles from my home. Thank you very much for your help. A solid, beautiful firearm that I will enjoy for many years.
