"Pietta’s Deadman’s Hand"

Review: I purchased this revolver for a change from my Ruger Vaquero. A man whose opinion I respect suggested a Pietta and I decided on this one. I am not disappointed. This pistol is the smoothest feeling and firing single action I’ve ever had the pleasure to squeeze its trigger. It’s hard to put into words how great this pistol feels as you draw and fire it. I’ve been practicing my quick draw with an old Mexican loop holster and a .45 Ruger Vaquero. A Native American craftsman, who lives nearby, made me a custom quick draw rig with a 20 degree cant and a belt tie down. He made it special for this model Pietta and my speed has increased and my accuracy has improved as well. This revolver is a work of art. No. It’s a Masterpiece! I’ve been blessed to fire uncountable amounts of handguns. When it comes to single action revolvers, this one has the top place among all others. This is my first Pietta and I’m looking forward to deciding what my next handgun will be, but I guarantee it will be another Pietta. Thank you to everyone who works hard to bring these perfectly crafted firearms to the world of the shootist.
