Review: When I encountered a complication with my small-town bank’s incompatibility with EMF’s validation processes, I placed a call to EMF’s customer service technical support line and after a short conversation with David, I was assured my order would be processed immediately with no further complication. Even before concluding the call, I received a confirmation email. David even went on to explain the expected proud fit of the grips so as to be sure I knew what I was ordering. Not only did my order arrive in short time, but the grips were surprisingly well fit and the mechanics were well-cleaned considering the proof-firing these revolvers undergo before leaving the manufacturer. I’ve had several Pietta models in the past, and ordered from a number of dealers, but this is my first order through EMF. Following this experience, I have no reason to consider any other distributor or dealer above EMF from now on. 5/5
