"The perfect 1858 Remington New Army Design"

Review: As the owner and very active shooter of black powder revolvers I’ve pretty much learned to stick with the 1858 New Army design for my daily shooter and competitive shooting situations. With practice, loaded cylinders can be change as fast as the average shooter can change a magazine in a modern handgun. Of course the downside of shooting bp is the requirement to clean the revolver as soon as your day is done to protect from corrosive bp causing rusting issues on your beautiful antique revolver. That is where this gorgeous 1858 Remington New Army 5 1/2” Stainless Steel Sheriffs model comes in to play. With it’s perfect size barrel for quick draw and pin point shooting at 20 yards or less, man size targets accuracy at much greater distance, I’ve absolutely fallen in love with this beautiful revolver. I purchased my unit directly from here on EMF Co website and the transaction was smooth, shipped quick and I received it very fast with absolutely no complaints at all. The revolver I received had near perfect fit and finish and I am definitely planning on buying another Stainless Steel Sheriffs Model once I get my 2 gun western belt setup.

Review: When I saw Pietta made the 1858 Sheriff in stainless steel, I knew I had to have it. It just arrived and it's even nicer than I had imagined. This is a BEAUTIFUL piece! It has the same perfect weight, balance, and feel of the steel Sheriff, but it's immediately obvious that they double-down on the workmanship. The fit of everything is perfect. It locks up as well as any revolver you've ever handled. The checked grips are really a nice touch and feel wonderful. I had to pause writing this so I could go pick it up again! To me, the 1858 Sheriff is the best of all the reproductions because of its look, feel, strength, .44 caliber power, balance, length, and ingenious design. And now having all of that in stainless steel . . . oh my gosh . . . it's a magnificent piece you'll be VERY proud to own.
