Review: If you need to tighten up your shooter... This kit can help! Its not a drop-in parts kit, you need to fit the parts(single action shop manual really helps to do it right). After fitting the bolt to the cylinder and setting the length of the hand, my old 1980's made 1860 Army is smooth and tight!!! Timing is back to new!! Great price too!!!! Thanks EMF!!!!

Review: I had a problem with one part that was quuckly corrected. All other parts look great. BUT, I was Very IMPRESSED with the fellow on customer service. He suggested that a stuck screw could be loosened by tapping the screwdriver with a hammer. He made a repeat customer out of me.

Review: I have an old 1851 navy I bought back in1976 that I have shot the daylights out of to the point that it just gave of the fight. Over the year I had replace most of the internals with part that I could scrounge from various sources. They all had to be fitted, filled, penned, and prodded to work. These modifications never lasted long ( sometimes only several shots) and this gun was then put away as a wall hanger. Then along came EMF. I bought this parts kit that contained every part to rebuild an 1851 revolver. Since all the parts were from the same company the all fit together just fine and needed no modifications. I now have my old pistol back up and shooting like the good old day back in the 70s! Thanks EMF.
